Each lane is designed for up to 4 guests. If your group is larger, we’ll open an additional lane just for you.

No. External drinks are not allowed.
All beverages must be purchased on-site — our bar is part of the experience.

You can ask someone to book it for you online, or visit us directly to reserve and pay on-site.

Yes, as long as there is space available. Just email or call us, and we’ll update your booking. You can pay the extra player on-site.

Yes. Shooters has a full bar with beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
Drinks are available before, during and after your session.

No. Guests who arrive under the influence of alcohol or any substances will not be allowed on the shooting lanes.
For safety reasons, no refund will be issued in this case.

Yes. We offer small bites and snack platters with certain packages.
If you’re coming with a group and would like additional food options, contact us in advance — we’ll see what we can arrange.

We recommend booking online to secure your spot.
Walk-ins may be accepted if there’s space available, but we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.

Yes. All sessions run on scheduled time slots.
If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced, as other groups may be booked after you.

That’s why we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your booking — to check in, get a feel for the space, and maybe grab a first drink, without cutting into your shooting time.

Bookings at Shooters are non-refundable. Each session is prepared in advance and shooting lanes are exclusively reserved for your group.

If you need to cancel, your booking will be converted into a Gift Voucher equal to the full value of your session — so you can return at a later date.

To request a reschedule or voucher, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance by email. We will do our best to assist you, subject to availability.

There’s no need to cancel your session. You can still go ahead with fewer participants.

Please note that you remain responsible for the original group size booked.
If you wish, you may invite other guests to take their place.

You may enter Shooters at any age, but participation in shooting sessions is allowed from 12 years old.
Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and provide a signed consent form along with a photo ID of a parent or legal guardian.

No. For safety and quality reasons, all equipment used at Shooters is provided by us.
We do not allow any external weapons, gear or personal equipment inside the shooting area.

Everything you need — replicas, projectiles, protection — is included in your session.

No. For safety reasons, pets are not permitted inside Shooters.
The venue includes active shooting zones and loud sound effects, which can be disturbing and unsafe for animals.

Yes. You’re welcome to stay with your group even if you don’t shoot.
You can enjoy the bar, watch the session and soak in the atmosphere — but access to the shooting lanes is only for active participants.

Yes. Shooters is also a bar, and you’re welcome to stay for drinks after your session — or even enjoy cocktails during it, as long as all players remain fit to shoot.

We offer beers, soft drinks and craft cocktails throughout the experience.

There’s no specific dress code. You’ll be shooting from a protected lane, so regular clothing is fine.

However, for safety reasons:

• Protective glasses are mandatory (provided by us).
• If you wear prescription glasses, we recommend contact lenses for comfort.
• Otherwise, safety glasses must be worn over your regular frames.

Participation during pregnancy is possible, but it depends on your comfort and personal situation.
Please note that the experience includes loud impact sounds and physical focus.
