By booking, entering or participating in any activity at Shooters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings must be made online through theshootingbar.com or directly on-site.
• Full payment is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
• Guests must provide accurate contact information during booking.
• Shooters reserves the right to refuse any booking made with incomplete or false information.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your session, the booking will be converted into a Gift Voucher equal to the value of your reservation.
• This voucher can be used for any future booking at Shooters.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may not be eligible for rebooking.
• Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.

Safety, Alcohol & Conduct

• Guests may not enter the venue under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Alcohol may be consumed only during or after the session, under the strict supervision of Shooters staff.
• Shooters employees reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour compromises safety.
• Bringing external weapons, replicas or equipment is strictly prohibited.
• All guests must follow staff instructions and safety briefings at all times.

Age & Participation

• Entry is permitted at any age, but activity participation is allowed from 12 years old.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide signed consent.
• Shooters reserves the right to deny access to the activity if safety is at risk.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating, guests acknowledge that they are engaging in an immersive activity involving realistic equipment and controlled projectiles.
Although every measure is taken to ensure safety, guests accept that participation is at their own risk.

Shooters Brussels SRL and Shooters Everywhere SRL shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damages resulting from non-compliance with safety rules or personal negligence.

Gift Voucher Terms

• Gift vouchers are valid exclusively for online bookings.
• They must be redeemed on theshootingbar.com using the dedicated voucher code box.
• They cannot be used on-site or exchanged for cash.
• Any unused balance is not refundable or transferable.

Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

• Shooters collects only data voluntarily provided by guests (name, email, contact).
• Personal data is used solely for booking management and communication.
• Data is never sold or shared with third parties, except when required for payment processing.
• Guests may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting brussels@theshootingrange.com
